Information
Files (categorised under the INF
naming convention) contain variable or dynamic information. This
information can be anything from lending delegations to a list of approved
valuers used by the Credit Union. Think of all the bits of paper pinned to
walls around desks in Credit Unions. They should be Information Files.
In CU-KnowHow
policies and procedures refer to specific Information Files as
required.
The
Information Files provided as part of the documentation are designed to be
easy to complete Word documents. All of the INFs have a title, number,
introduction and a simple table structure. This allows your staff to
complete the tables with names, positions, addresses, currency values and
so on with the minimum amount of word processing.
The
conversion of the Word documents to PDF is a straightforward process using
Adobe Acrobat.
